Dispute a transaction

For a fast and convenient solution, we recommend starting by addressing any transaction issues directly with the merchant involved. If you’ve already spoken with the merchant or don’t recognize the company or transaction, we're here to help and can quickly raise a dispute right at your fingertips.

How to raise a dispute?

You can raise a dispute directly from your card transaction history after registering your card.
Select the transaction or transactions you want to include and choose 'Report a dispute'.
We'll ask you some questions about what happened, and then file your dispute.
OR

Complete the dispute form

You can complete and sign the dispute form and send it to us at [email protected]. If you don’t have an email account, you can mail or fax the form to us. Fax details are provided on the form, but using email will result in a faster resolution of your dispute.

Dispute reasons

To help you understand what types of dispute you can raise, here is a description of the options you will see during the process, with a description of what could have happened in each case.

Unauthorized activity

Choose ‘one or more transactions were made on my card without my knowledge or consent’ to report unauthorized activity. This will start a fraud case, and we will ask you some follow-up questions to determine the type of fraud you have experienced

Other dispute reasons (service dispute)

Choose this option if you recognize a charge, but don’t agree with it. Usually, this is an incorrect charge or credit, or a problem with goods or services. This will start a service dispute case, and we’ll ask you some follow-up questions about what happened.
